New Construction Process
Pre-Construction
This phase requires regular interaction between builder and homeowners. We will assist you with locating the perfect lot and putting you in contact with a draftsman to create your vision.
Construction
Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire building process. From start to finish, we manage each step, to stay focused on the goal.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, new home orientation, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
